Terms & Conditions — Pixel Pro Academy

Welcome to Pixel Pro Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pixel Pro Academy website, the Pixo mobile application, and any course, program, or service offered by us (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling in a course, making a payment, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ABOUT US

Pixel Pro Academy is an ed-tech initiative operated by Proxcelerate LLP a Partnership/LLP registered under the laws of India, with its registered office at Proxcelerate LLP (Pixel Pro Solution) · 5/1266E, 1st Floor, SVM Complex, Wayanad Rd, East Nadakkave, Nadakkave, Kozhikode, Kerala 673006

2. ELIGIBILITY

Our courses are intended for students aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, enrollment and payment (including EMI applications) must be made or supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, email, billing details) is accurate and that you have the authority to make the payment used for enrollment.

3. COURSE ENROLLMENT & FEES

Course fees are as displayed on our website or app at the time of enrollment, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

Full payment or the applicable EMI down payment (as chosen at checkout) must be completed to confirm your enrollment.
We reserve the right to change course fees, content, schedule, or instructors for future batches, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes will not affect a batch you have already paid for and been confirmed into.

4. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments on our website/app are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, view, or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay.

We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, and EMI (Equated Monthly Instalments) where offered. EMI options are subject to eligibility criteria and approval by the issuing bank/NBFC partnered with Razorpay; Pixel Pro Academy has no role in and makes no guarantee regarding EMI approval.

Any interest, processing fee, or additional charge applicable to EMI transactions is determined and levied by the respective bank/NBFC, not by Pixel Pro Academy.

In case of a failed transaction where an amount is debited from your account, please allow standard banking timelines for reversal. If not reversed automatically, contact us with your transaction reference for assistance.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

6. STUDENT CONDUCT

You agree to use Pixo and our learning platform respectfully, including in Batch Chat, and not to share, distribute, or resell course content or materials without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for violation of these Terms, without a refund of fees already paid, at our reasonable discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, videos, materials, branding, and platform content are the intellectual property of Pixel Pro Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pixel Pro Academy provides educational services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for uninterrupted access and accurate content, we do not guarantee specific learning or employment outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
