Privacy Policy for Pixo

Pixo (“the app”) is operated by Pixel Pro Academy for its enrolled students. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it’s used.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account info: your name and registered phone number, used to verify your identity via OTP.
Learning activity: course progress, exam attempts and scores, XP, streaks, and badges.
Messages: chat messages and attachments (images, video, voice notes, files) you send in Batch Chat.
Device data: a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you class reminders and notifications.
App preferences: whether you’ve enabled fingerprint login (stored only on your device; we never see your fingerprint itself, which stays inside your phone’s secure hardware).

HOW WE USE IT

We use this information solely to operate Pixo: authenticating you, tracking your course progress, running the leaderboard, delivering batch chat messages to your classmates and teachers, and sending you class/exam notifications.

SHARING

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising.
Messages sent in Batch Chat are visible to other students and teachers in your batch, as in any classroom chat.
We use Firebase (Google) and Cloudflare purely as infrastructure to run the app.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your account and learning data for as long as you remain enrolled, plus a reasonable period afterward for academic records.

YOUR CHOICES

You can turn off fingerprint login at any time from Profile settings. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at hello@pixelproacademy.in.

CHILDREN

Pixo is intended for students aged 13 and older.
